Our Services

We provide customizable concierge services created together during consultation to honor the sacredness of the patient’s life, legacy, and end of life goals. These services can include:

-Creating a Living Well End Of Life Plan: an individual patient centered end of life experience honoring patient wishes with unconditional love and support.

-Companion to the Patient and Their Loved Ones: A supportive presence that is there to “hold the space” for the dying patient and their loved one in order to decrease as much stress and anxiety as possible during this time.

-24/7 support and guidance at the end of life.

-Suggesting Interventions for Comfort: We are trained in all three phases of end of life care and know what to look for as a patients condition changes.

-Helping to facilitate unresolved issues and facilitate deep meaningful conversations with family members.

-Advanced Directives: If not already done, helping the patient to create an advanced directive. This is a legal document that will express the patient’s wishes for healthcare and pick a health care power of attorney (proxy)- someone to speak for the patient if they are not able to speak for themselves.

-Planning a Vigil: helping the patient and family to plan how they would like the last 24-48 hours of a person’s life to be and who they would like to be with in their sacred space.

-End of Life Planning: helping the patient and/or family with planning for the wake, funeral, obituary and eulogy.

-Creating Remembrances and Legacy: using art therapy techniques to document the patients meaningful life stories through writing, collaging, fingerprinting, videotaping and more.

-Sound Healing: available as a service to facilitate relaxation and a calming presence with Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, and/or chimes. This can also be used as an emotional processing technique. Emotional release through sacred sound.

-Reiki and Energetic Support: available as a service to facilitate relaxation and may reduce pain, stress, fatigue and promote an environment of calmness and peace.
